Hi, I’m Kecia — Licensed Practical Nurse, mom of four, and the founder of Cradle Care here in Lethbridge.

I’ve spent years caring for people in all stages of life, but my heart has always been with the tiniest patients and the parents who love them. Becoming a mom myself gave me a deep understanding of how exhausting and overwhelming those first weeks can be — and how much difference a calm, capable extra set of hands can make.

When I’m not caring for newborns, you’ll probably find me crafting, paddle boarding on a sunny lake, or camping with my kids. I bring the same patience, attentiveness, and love I use with my own family into every home I visit.

Cradle Care was created to give parents permission to rest, recover, and truly enjoy their early days with baby — knowing that someone experienced and trustworthy is there to help.
